Article II: Purpose
The Organization is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and legislative purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Specifically, the Organization shall:
1. Advocate for the preservation of innocence for America's children nationwide
2. Work to prioritize the welfare of children in our judicial systems
3. Transform public information about convicted child sexual offenders into accessible, usable formats for families
4. Advocate for legislation that establishes stricter residential requirements for convicted child sexual offenders
5. Work to amend existing laws to prevent convicted pedophiles from living within specified distances of schools, parks, and other areas where children congregate
6. Develop and maintain technology solutions that help families identify and avoid areas where convicted sexual offenders reside
7. Promote policies that restrict convicted child sexual offenders from employment involving minors
8. Advocate against expungement of records for those convicted of sexual offenses against children
